Overview

We were honored to produce the music video for Jimmie Allen's heartfelt single "Down Home," a touching tribute to his late father. Jimmie had a clear emotional vision for the song, and our mission was to create a video that authentically captured the essence of his memories and hometown in Delaware. We aimed to produce a visually and emotionally compelling video that resonated deeply with Jimmie and his audience.

Challenges & Approach

One of the primary challenges was to shoot across multiple meaningful locations in Delaware—all in a single day. These locations included significant places from Jimmie's childhood, which added authenticity and depth to the video. To meet this challenge, we meticulously planned each shot, coordinated logistics, and ensured that every location was set up to reflect Jimmie's vision. Our approach was to work closely with Jimmie to understand his emotional journey and translate it into a visually powerful narrative.

The result

The video was nominated for Video of the Year at the CMT Music Awards in 2022, highlighting its impact and significance. This project demonstrated our ability to create deeply personal and visually stunning content that honors the artist's vision and connects powerfully with audiences.
